1. Who we are

2. What we offer

A description of the services: websites and online stores, maintenance and SEO, on a monthly subscription. Describe what each plan includes.

3. Forming the contract

How a contract comes about — enquiry, quote, confirmation. From which moment the subscription takes effect.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT. Payment methods, when an invoice is issued, what happens on late payment.

5. Term and termination

The term of the subscription, the notice period, and what the client receives on termination — access, a backup, the domain.

6. What we expect from the client

Content, access and feedback within a reasonable time. What happens to deadlines if materials arrive late.

7. Rights to the work

Who owns the code, design and content after payment. What stays yours — for example internal tools or libraries.

8. Liability

Limits of liability — for example hosting outages, content supplied by the client, or SEO outcomes.

9. Right of withdrawal

If the client is a consumer — the 14-day right of withdrawal and when it does not apply.

10. Disputes and governing law

Bulgarian law applies, the competent court, and the EU online dispute resolution platform.
